poWe are keen to maintain a high standard of service.  Please help us to do so.  We value feedback from our patients, and have systems to review all feedback on a regular basis.

As of September 2015, we are one of the first GP practices in Scotland to be trialling the independent service from – which allows feedback to be directed to the most appropriate person responsible for the service.  Where appropriate, this feedback can be made public including details of any response or changes made as a result of feedback given.

The Process

When feedback is submitted, our Practice Manager is informed.  The feedback can be quickly shared between our team leaders, GPs or appointed individuals from our Patient Participation Group.  A decision is taken on whether further action is necessary, and how best to respond to this feedback.  We can contact the individual directly, or choose to publish the original feedback – with any outcome or response – on the website.
