As a data controller, Arran Medical Group is required to notify the Information Commissioner’s Office that it is processing personal data. Arran Medical Group is registered in the register of data controllers. Data controllers must renew their notification with the Information Commissioner’s Office on an annual basis. Failure to notify constitutes a criminal offence. Any changes to the register must be notified to the Information Commissioner’s Office within 28 days of taking place. The Designated Officer shall be responsible for notifying and updating the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website uses a number of WordPress plugins, as well as Google Analytics to track information to help us design the site in the future.  We do not hold personal information about you on the website server, other than that which you supply to us by email or filling in a form.  Your medical record is in a completely separate system from this website, which is hosted at and for which access is limited to GP Partners, and our management team.  When we are setup to accept online appointment booking and prescription requests, this information will be handled via (Patient Access) and communication is directly to the server.  The IT systems we use to hold your personal medical information are completely separate to this website hosting, which is provided by
