Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you have received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

Please note that only general discussions will take place – it will not be possible to discuss individual circumstances at this meeting, nor can we become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.

We are currently recruiting for new members to join our Patient Participation Group.  We are looking for representatives from across the Island, to include all ages and groups of our diverse community.

Our Mission Statement

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a route for patients to advise, support and inform the Arran Medical Group on what matters most, helping to identify issues and solutions towards improving service provision and communication for the benefit of all.

We are happy to hear from patients to give two-way feedback about the service provision as well as changes in this as and when required.

We cannot deal with complaints and patients should follow the Arran Medical Group complaint procedure in such instances.
