How to Register
To register with the practice you must currently live on Arran. You are required to complete a Registration Form, along with a New Patient Questionnaire.
Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor and we will ask you for proof of identity. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this).
Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the practice, if you are relocating from England, this process may take longer. To facilitate a smoother registration experience, we kindly ask that you provide a summary from your previous practice upon registration.
The practice has a non-discrimination policy for accepting new patients.
You can return your completed registration form to reception at any of the main surgeries in Brodick, Shiskine or Lamlash with photo ID.
If you stay out with our Practice area
If you do not stay within our catchment area other GP practices can be found by accessing the button below.
It is important to note that you can only permanently register with a GP practice if you’re staying in the area for more than 3 months. If you are staying for less than 3 months please follow information on Temporary Registration further down.
Please note that if you were previously registered with a Doctor outside the UK then the Practice will not have access to your medical notes. All patients who register from abroad should contact their previous Doctors to obtain copies of their notes.
